To help us find your ideal property, you need to tell us as much as possible about your requirements.

This includes your budget, the date by which you need to move and the type and size of property you are looking for.  You can let Homes Property Centre know all about your requirements by registering online, by calling us on 020 8653 5233 or by visiting us where a member of staff can assist you. You can even use our dedicated instant messenger to tell us your needs! 

When we have a clear understanding of your requirements we will then be able to give you details of all the properties matching your requirements.

Once you have registered, property details can be sent to you by text/SMS, by email or by post.

Viewings

View as many properties as possible

Viewings can be conducted 9.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays. You can book a viewing by phone, by email or by using our dedicated instant messenger. Or just come into the office!  We are open Monday to Friday 9.30 am – 6.00 pm and 9.30 am – 4.00 pm on Saturdays.

Homes Property Centre will often conduct property viewings and may accompany you as the present owner may not always be present. In some cases, an owner may give us specific times for viewings, although we do ask them to be as flexible as possible. We frequently keep keys and can generally access properties to suit your availability. To save time in the long run, you should try to ensure that anyone likely to share in the decision views the property as well.

After the viewing we need to know if you have any questions or if you are possible interested in purchasing the property. So please allow time to discuss your thoughts with us.

Please be on time for viewings. We will arrange to meet you at the property, or if it is more convenient, at our office so that we can drive you.

Making an Offer

Make your offer quickly if you like the property!

If you really like the property don't delay making your offer as the property could be taken by someone else on the same day!

When you make an offer you’ll need to give us as much information as possible about your personal circumstances so that we can present your offer in the best possible light to the property owner.  It may be possible to negotiate the purchase price to your advantage although if the propertyy is offered at a sensible price this may be difficult. Whichever, offering through Homes Property Centre means that you will benefit from our expertise in this area.
