Tenant Introduction Tenant Introduction includes all services needed to advertise your property for rent and find a suitable tenant for you. Other important points worth noting about our letting services: - NO LET, NO FEE: We only charge you once we find you a fully referenced tenant and you confirm that you are happy to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement with that tenant for your property.
- Non Exclusive: Our lettings fees are non exclusive (ie you are not tied solely to us)
- Property Details: We will produce your property details and store them so that we can immediately remarket as soon as you are given notice reducing the chance of void periods
- Tenants Deposit: We will collect a month's rent as security deposit and this will be lodged with the DPS
- Ombudsman: Homes Property Centre is a member of the OEA and OFT approved.
