To help us find your ideal property, you need to tell us as much as possible about your requirements.

This includes your rental budget, the date by which you need to move and the type and size of property you are looking for.  You can let Homes Property Centre know all about your requirements by registering online, by calling us on 020 8653 5233 or by visiting us where a member of staff can assist you. You can even use our dedicated instant messenger to tell us your needs! 

When we have a clear understanding of your requirements we will then be able to give you details of all the properties matching your requirements.

Once you have registered, property details can be sent to you by text/SMS, by email or by post.

View as many properties as possible

Viewings can be conducted 9.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays. You can book a viewing by phone, by email or by using our dedicated instant messenger. Or just come into the office!  We are open Monday to Friday 9.30 am – 6.00 pm and 9.30 am – 4.00 pm on Saturdays.

Homes Property Centre will usually conduct all property viewings and accompany tenants as the Landlord may not always be present. In some cases, a Landlord may give us specific times for viewings, although we do ask them to be as flexible as possible. We normally keep keys and can generally access properties to suit your availability. To save time in the long run, you should try to ensure that anyone likely to share in the decision views the property as well.

After the viewing we need to know if you have any questions or if you are interested in renting the property. So please allow time to discuss your thoughts with us.

Please be on time for viewings. We will arrange to meet you at the property, or if it is more convenient, at our office so that we can drive you.

Make your offer quickly if you like the property!

If you like the property don't delay making your offer as the property could be secured for let by someone else on the same day!

When you make an offer you’ll need to pay us an administration fee to cover our tenant vetting costs and a holding deposit to reserve the property for you. The holding deposit will be deducted from your first month's rent, unless you change your mind about taking the property, in which case you will lose it.

You should also give us as much information as possible about your income and your personal circumstances so that we can present you in the best possible light to your potential landlord. For a top grade tenant it may be possible to to negotiate the rental. This can be difficult, but by working with Homes Property Centre you could benefit from our expertise in this area.
